This website gives general information about roofing in the Phoenix area and about the services Sunset Valleywide Roofing offers. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information is general
Articles, guides, the roof-life estimator and every page on this site are general information. They are not an inspection, a diagnosis of your roof, or legal, insurance or financial advice. Every roof is different, and only an on-site look can tell you what a specific roof needs.
Prices and ranges
Cost figures on this site are typical ranges for Phoenix area homes and are not quotes or offers. A price for your roof is given in writing after we have seen it, and the written scope and agreement for that job govern the work.
How calls are answered
Our phone line is answered 24 hours a day. When a monsoon cell rolls across the Valley and every one of our crews is already committed, we may forward your call to another established roofer in your area so you can get help without waiting. Any work arranged on such a call is between you and that roofer, under their own terms.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties come from the product manufacturer under its own terms, and we register them when a product offers registration. Any coverage for our workmanship is stated in the written agreement for your job, not on this website.
Links and third-party content
This site links to and loads content from other services, such as Google Maps and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Sunset Valleywide Roofing is not liable for losses arising from use of the general information on this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under Arizona law.
