What to have ready when you call
- Your address. So we know which crew and which day.
- The roof type, if you know it. Tile, foam, shingle, flat, metal, or a mix.
- What you are seeing. A leak, a stain, missing tiles, storm damage, or a planned project.
- Anything urgent. Water coming in right now gets handled first.
If every crew is tied up during a storm and we cannot get to you in a reasonable time, we may forward your call to another established local roofer so you are not left waiting.
